Staffing Rates

Chefs: $55.00 per hour

Ass't Chef: $49.00 per hour

Serice Staff: $44.00 Per hour

Bar Staff: $45.00 per hour

Bus Boys: $ 40.00 per hour

All Staffed Events are a 4 hour Minimum per 

staff member working


 Rental Equipment Vary by Event  ~ Call for a Quote

Full Rental Services: Tents, tables, Chairs, Linen, China, dance floors much more!!


Delivery Charges 

(For Delivered Food Only)

Vary by  Delivery Location


Sales Tax.0625% where applicable

Meals tax 7.0% Where applicable

Event Coordinating Fee

(For Staffed Events Only)

18% of the Sub-total (Pre-tax)

8% Early Book Discounts available Jan 1st- April 1st 

Premier Customer Discount 5%



A 50% Deposit is required to confirm all staffed events

All Delivery Events must be pre-paid with either a credit card or Venmo@ Bob-Ciccarelli-1

Catered Event Cancellation Policy

Events cancelled more than two weeks 

before the event date will receive a full refund.  

Refunds will be issued within 45 days of the event cancellation date.

Any cancellation taken within 1 week of the event will be charged 1 $500 Administration fee and minimum of 4 hours per staff member labor charge.

Any Event Canceled within 2 days of Event must be rescheduled or the entire event and 4 hour minimum per staff person must be paid
